Injection schedule planner
Lay out 12 weeks of the injection schedule your prescriber set: once a week, twice a week, every 3.5 days, every other day, every day or your own gap. Each injection shows its trough blood-test window, and you can add it all to your calendar, save it as a PDF or email it to yourself.
This is an educational estimate, not medical advice. It doesn’t recommend a dose. Real levels vary a lot between people; only a blood test shows yours. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything. Moving or splitting injections is a change your prescriber should approve.

How it works
Enter the first injection you want to plan from, your usual time and how often your prescriber asked you to inject. The planner lays out every injection for the next 12 weeks and marks the trough window before each one.
Twice a week or every 3.5 days? Twice a week keeps two fixed weekdays at the same time, so the gaps are 3 and 4 days. Every 3.5 days keeps each gap at exactly 84 hours, so the injection time moves between morning and evening. Both add up to two injections a week.
Trough windows. A trough blood test shows your level at its lowest, just before an injection. The planner suggests the morning of the injection day, before you inject, when that morning falls in the second half of the gap and within 24 hours of the shot. With daily or very early injections the window is simply just before the injection. Your prescriber decides whether they want a trough or a midpoint draw.
No dose advice. The planner lays out dates only. How much you inject, and whether you split a dose, is set by your prescriber. Moving or splitting injections is a change they should approve.
The dates assume you inject on schedule. If you miss or move one, make a new plan from your next injection.

Questions
What is the difference between twice a week and every 3.5 days?
Both mean two injections a week. Twice a week usually keeps the same two weekdays and the same time, such as Monday and Thursday mornings, so the gaps are 3 and 4 days. Every 3.5 days keeps every gap exactly the same, 84 hours, so the time switches between morning and evening. Use whichever your prescriber set up with you.
When is my trough blood test?
A trough is the lowest level, just before an injection. Book the draw for the morning of an injection day and inject after the blood is taken. If you inject very early or every day, have the blood taken just before that injection.
Can I split my weekly dose into more injections?
Only if your prescriber agrees. Splitting the same weekly amount into more, smaller injections usually makes the level swing less, but it is still a change to your treatment, and the dose per injection is theirs to set. This planner only lays out the dates.
What if I miss or move an injection?
Follow what your prescriber told you to do for a missed dose. Then start a new plan from the date of your next injection so the calendar and the trough windows line up again.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The plan is worked out in your browser. The calendar file and the PDF are made on your device. If you ask us to email it, we send it once and keep no copy of the plan or your address.
