Why this resource exists

TRTracker helps people explore questions about testosterone, diagnosis and treatment before and between appointments. The site is published by the team behind the TRTracker app. Reading these guides does not require an app download.

How to use the guides

These are introductory educational overviews, not a diagnosis or personal treatment plan. Sources are linked so you can read the originals. We do not claim that the referenced organisations endorse TRTracker or have reviewed this website. Read how we write and review guides in our editorial policy, and the limits of this information in our medical disclaimer.

The optional TRTracker app

TRTracker is an iPhone app for recording a prescribed TRT routine, dose history, lab results and daily check-ins. It helps organise your own records for conversations with your clinician. It does not prescribe treatment. See what the app does.

Website and chat

The guide finder runs in your browser. Your typed question is used locally to suggest a reading destination; it is not sent to an AI service. Cloudflare serves the site and may collect standard request and analytics information. The app privacy policy explains how app data is handled.

Who runs TRTracker
