For clinicians
Your patient’s TRT log, ready for the visit
Patients who track with TRTracker can share a read-only report with you: protocol, doses, labs with draw timing and how they’ve felt. You open it in your browser.
Open a patient report
Use the link your patient sent you, or scan the QR code on their phone. The report opens on trtracker.com and is decrypted on your device.
Why clinicians use it
- 1
One page before the visit
Protocol, adherence and labs in one page, with the dose in effect and the draw timing for each lab.
- 2
Nothing to set up
Your patient’s own log between visits. No account, no install. It opens in any browser.
- 3
Your patient stays in control
Encrypted, expiring links. Your patient chooses what to share, for how long, and can stop sharing at any time.
What’s in a report
The same order as the PDF your patient can print. Every section is labelled as patient-entered data, and it prints cleanly on two or three pages.
Open the sample report- Current protocol and any changes in the period
- Dose history: on time, late, skipped and not logged
- Lab results next to the lab’s own range, with draw timing
- Trends of measured values
- Items to discuss, framed as guideline prompts, never advice
- Body metrics, check-in notes and the patient’s questions

Questions from clinicians
Do I need an account?
No. You open the link or scan the QR code your patient gives you, and the report opens in your browser.
Where does the data come from?
Your patient enters it in the TRTracker app. Lab values are typed in, or imported from a photo of the lab report by the app and confirmed by the patient.
Is it accurate?
It is what your patient recorded. TRTracker doesn’t verify it, so check the original lab reports before you rely on a value.
Does TRTracker give dosing advice?
No. TRTracker is a personal tracking app. It never tells anyone to change a dose, and the report doesn’t either.
What is the model estimate?
If your patient includes it, the report shows an estimated testosterone curve from their logged doses. It is labelled “Model estimate — not a lab result” and comes with its methodology.
How long does a link last?
Up to 30 days, set by your patient, who can also limit how many times it opens and stop sharing at any time.
Can TRTracker read the report?
Not for link and QR shares. The report is encrypted on your patient’s phone, and the key is part of the link, which never reaches our servers.
Is this covered by HIPAA?
TRTracker is an app your patient chose to use for their own records. It isn’t provided to your practice. Once you print or save a report, handle it under your practice’s own policies.
Can I see all my patients in one place?
Not yet. If your clinic would like to try it, join the clinic pilot list.
