1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TRT Tracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

TRT Tracker is a native iOS application designed to help individuals track and manage their testosterone replacement therapy. The App provides tools for:

• Recording injection schedules and dosages
• Tracking symptoms and side effects
• Storing and organizing lab results
• Setting medication reminders
• Generating reports for healthcare providers
• Sharing an encrypted, expiring report with your clinician through a link or QR code
• Monitoring treatment progress over time
• AI-powered lab report scanning (optional, uses OpenAI)
• AI-generated educational health insights (optional, uses OpenAI)
• Apple HealthKit integration for sleep, weight, and blood pressure suggestions
• Estimated hormone level charts based on pharmacokinetic modeling

Not Medical Advice

The App and its content are for informational and tracking purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not provide medical advice and should not be used for medical emergencies.

Healthcare Provider Consultation

You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your TRT protocol or any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in this App.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and TRT Tracker or any of its employees, contractors, or affiliates.

4. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all health information you input into the App is accurate and up-to-date. Inaccurate data may lead to incorrect insights or reports.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking your own TRT treatment. You will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Share your account with others
• Use the App to track medications or treatments not prescribed to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use report sharing to send anything other than your own TRTracker report, or to mislead the person who opens it

Shared Reports

When you share a report, you choose who gets the link. Anyone with the link can open the report until it expires, reaches its open limit or you stop sharing. Once someone has opened it, they may keep a printed or saved copy. The report contains the data you entered and is not checked by TRTracker or a clinician. Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features may include:

• Unlimited data storage
• Advanced analytics and insights
• PDF report generation
• Multiple medication tracking
• Cloud backup and sync
• Priority customer support

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
